LISTING FEE STRUCTURE
We like simple. We like straight-forward. We like transparent. There will be no 'gotcha' moments when working with our team. Our full-service fee structure is outlined below in clear and simple terms. As with all our services, if you feel that we are not living up to the service we promised you can cancel our agreement at any time.
- 6% listing fee when the buyer's are represented by an agent
- 3% listing fee when the buyer is unrepresented
- 1% listing fee if you bring the buyer, we will write up the contract and walk both parties through escrow and closing
