• Send detailed preferences to our Title partner and have them identify all homes in the select areas that meet the your criteria using their property records database

• Using this data we then pull the contact information for these homes and mail out our “ WE HAVE BUYER’S !” postcard campaign

• In addition to our mailing campaign we we also launch a geo-targeted social media campaign targeting home owners looking to sell in the selected neighborhood

• Weekly “unlisted homes” email updates, identifying homes not listed on the MLS such as For Sale By Owner’s and distressed properties
